Description :: Responsible for the orders fulfilment of the high volume electronic components business in a MNC
Oversee customer order processing and fulfilment
Provide administrative support to business operations
Carry out customer visits in relation to logistics matters
Assist the sales team in stock optimisation
Constantly review existing order processing/stock planning system for further enhancements
Requirements :: Minimum Diploma in a relevant discipline or equivalent qualification
Minimum 1 - 2 years' working experience in a customer service environment with an MNC will be an added advantage
Analytical and self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a challenging environment to meet tight deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills
Conversant in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Experience in SAP will be an added advantage
