Description :: -To perform daily operation of customer service department including answering incoming call,
-Attend to customer's stock inquiry & distribute P/O, order taking, issuing of Stock Issue Note,Delivery Order etc., and documents failing after goods collected to ensure efficiency of sales order processing and timely delivery.
-Handling computerize stock issuing system, including stock checking, delivery arrangement & Reservation of stock according to customer's order, stock adjustment, printing daily reports and to perform daily and monthly back up for transaction data as required, to monitor & amend
price on system before sending information
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/PreU, any field.
-Required skill(s): Computer Literate, MS Office.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
-Fresh Graduate are welcome
