Description :: 1. Responsible for the fulfillment of all operational support requests from retail outlets to ensure smooth and efficient running of outlets daily operation.
2. To monitor retail outlets visual merchandising and to ensure compliance with company's standard procedure and policies.
3. To communicate and coordinate with functional departments to ensure smooth execution of workflow.
4. Responsible in managing manpower allocation, managing and motivating retail staff, and stock level monitoring.
5. To dealing with staff issues-involved in manpower arrangement, recruitment, performance appraisal, training and disciplinary issues.
6. Conduct training for new staff and existing staff.
7. To drive and motivate retail staff in achieving sales target and profitability.
8. To ensure optimal inventory/stock levels and exercise control measures for all products in outlets.
9. To handle customer complaints or issues.
10. Accountable to the monthly sales performance to achieve company target.
11. To oversee and ensure mechanics promotions, displays, and events are properly implemented at store level.
12. To carry out promotional activities to drive sales.
13. Monitoring staff daily bank in, attendance, discipline and quality of station and daily collection business performance.
14. Compile and present monthly management report during management meeting.
15. To survey and assist for new outlet opening and event, set-up and preparation.
16. To monitor consignees visual merchandising and to ensure compliance with company's standard procedure and policies
Requirements ::  Diploma/Degree in any discipline or equivalent experience.
 At least two (2) years of supervisory experience preferably in operations.
 Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to communicate in Chinese is added advantage.
 Possess good leadership and problem solving skills.
 Pleasant personality and positive work attitude.
 Proficient in Microsoft Office Application especially MS Excel.
 Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively intercity/interstate.
 Fresh graduated are encourage to apply.
