The Customer Service is the company window, ensuring the customers have a smooth journey with us. It is also the company barometer, gathering customer’s feedback.
The Customer Supervisor role is to ensure that these valuable feedback are serving our customer centric strategy in every department of the company by converting them into action plans.
At Gogoprint, Customer Service is interacting with customers through different channels (phone, emails, social media, chat, and etc). The Customer Service Supervisor has to keep itself up to date on the latest technologies and service standards. He/She also has to proactively plan and implement business strategies to maximize the performance in terms of customer satisfaction and revenues. The Customer Supervisor is responsible for its P&L and produce a weekly or monthly reporting. He/She also to ensure an efficient communication with partners & vendors for problem solving and day to day solutions.
Requirements :: Diploma or Degree in any field.
At least 3 years of working experience in customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of customer service applications for email and live chat management.
Possess in-depth knowledge of customer service principle and practices.
Excellent command of spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin/Cantonese.
Good problem solving skills.
Result oriented, self-motivated and good people management skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Patient and up for an adventure
Able to work independently with little guidance.
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
