Description :: • Reports to Sales and Marketing Manager in day to day operations and tasks.
• Manage, coordinate and motivate company sales and marketing functions to achieve required sales targets.
• Conduct Market Research to develop an understanding of the competition, opportunities and customers.
• Assis to plan, develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
• Supervise the planning and developement of company marketing and communications materials.
• Assist to establish and maintain appropriate budgets for sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Procure and manage external sales and marketing agencies as required.
• To coordinate on the handling over possession of properties to the purchaser.
• To carry out an other duties and job functions instructed from time to time by the management.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years real estate industry experience
• Ability to manage internal and external resources where appropriate to produce quality materials within tight time frames.
• High computer literacy, professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter, good teamwork, decisive and pro-active with highly creative mindset.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel as required.
