Description :: •Feed back of market analysis for domestic market, including prices and competitor in the market.
•Feed back on complaints from customers and initiate remedial actions taken.
•Plan and discuss on new market strategy and pricing as to stay competitive in the market.
•Update of all debtors and provide solutions for outstanding debts.
•Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
•Maintain national sales staff by recruiting and training employees.
•Provide excellent customer service by fostering strong business relationship.
Requirements :: •Have the experience in the hardware industry or manufacturing industry.
•Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
•Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
•At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Required Skill(s): Negotiation Skill, Communication Skill
•Preferably Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
