•Develop and execute the company's business strategies in South East Asia
•Secure the turnover to be set by the Board of Biwater
•Track government planning in water / waterwaste infrastructure and project financing
•Develop and maintain long-term relationship with the key decision-makers and stakeholders
•Propose strategic partnerships with key partners
•Provide tender direction for the Proposal team to follow
•To prepare and develop proposals with Proposal Team for submission
•Conduct presentation to prospective clients and follow-up on the proposals submitted
•Oversee the legal, contractual and financial aspects of Company's agreements
•To liaise with Communication & Marketing Manager in UK for corporate marketing strategy
•To prepare Monthly Report on progress of the business development opportunities
Requirements :: •Minimum 5 years business development experience with government agencies in South East Asian countries
•Exposure in water / wastewater treatment market is an advantage
•Self-confident and able to communicate effectively in English
•Must be prepared to travel within Malaysia and South East Asia
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
