Description :: •To carry out audit and ensure all processes are comply and all dealers pass with minimum 80%
•Guide & motivate dealers to understand & comply with HMSB policies.
•To issue Non Compliance Report (NCR) for recurring issues
•Sustain harmonious working relationship among dealers at regional level.
•Review dealer sales/KPI/D-SSI/5S
•Monitor achievement by monthly and forecast accumulative performance.
•Summarize the market information
•Assist dealer in achieving target and ensure all direction or activities are conducted accordingly.
•Train new and current dealer staff on SST
•Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.
Requirements :: •Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
•1 years working experiences in related fields
•Must possess excellent communication skills
•Possess working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•Must have a valid driver license and able to travel.
•Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving and ability to handle dealer’s issues.
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
