Description :: We are currently expanding this department and need a few executives and assistants. In line with the nature of work and customer base, the candidates must be able to speak and read Mandarin. The overall job functions will be sales and marketing related and other job functions will include:

•To liaise or assist with purchasers, lawyers and financiers for the payment progress.
•To prepare monthly Sales reports.
•To follow-up or assist in follow up with lawyers, financiers on the progress billings.
•To provide customers service and to coordinate with Sales & Marketing Department.
Requirements :: •Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Marketing/Business Adminstration or equivalent.
•Preferably to have experience in a property based organisation with at least 1 year(s) of working experience for assistants and 3 years experience for Executives.
•Must be able to speak and read Mandarin.
•Good interpersonal and communication skills.
•Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
