- Negotiate on rental rates, tenancy terms with prospective tenants.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business, Mass Communications / Real Estate / Property or equivalent.
- Good command in English. Ability to speak other Chinese dialect would be an added advantage.
- At least 1-3 years working experience in leasing, preferably related to Mall.
