Description :: 1. Be part of SAP-DBM Project Team and participate in SAP-DBM Sales Nationwide Roll-out
2. Work Closely with Project Manager and Team Leader during system Roll-out.
3. Able to coordinate SAP-DBM Sales Rollout and support plan with Team members
4. Provide training to new and existing dealers
5. Provide on-site and off-site Support
6. Answer and reply phone calls and email to resolve issues.
7. Follow-up with dealers and prepare all necessary documentation for/during roll-out.
8. Able to install, configure and test SAP Client and Sales Module at Dealer Premise.
9. Require to travel across Malaysia for SAP Training, on-site support and implementation
10. Revise and update training material accordingly based on functional changes made upon deployment.
11. Able to solve issues with proper planning using own initiative
12. Good Knowledge in data migration and conversion in SAP.
13. Yearly review on DBM usage and performance requirement
14. Review enhancement with Section Head.
Requirements :: Skills & Knowledge:
1. Good Communication Skill and Analytical Thinking
2. Microsoft Excel Intermediate and Microsoft PowerPoint Advance

Experience/Education:
1. Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science/
2. SAP Certification
3. SAP Project Roll-Out Activities
4. Minimum 2 years working experience
