- - Responsible for selling PBA Group product lines Industries Automation Distribution.
- Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
- Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by
answering questions and requests.
- Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
- Establishes technical credibility within the account and build trust with customer
influencers and decision makers.
- Responds to customer inquiries and orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepares cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer
documents; consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional and technical personnel.
- Submits orders by conferring with technical support staff; costing engineering
changes.
- Followup for collection of payment.
- Coordinates shipping schedules and delivery for merchandise and services.
- Represents Company in a professional manner at all times and ensures that the
company’s interests are uppermost in all dealings and transactions.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Communicates new product and service opportunities, special developments,
information or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staffs.
- Maintains accurate reports and records including activity, closings, followup, and
adherence to goals and customer sales activity.
- To undertake special assignment and ad hoc duties as and when necessary
