Description :: • Knowledge of handling of export and import documentation and preparing the necessary shipping documents for negotiation including invoice, packing lists, bills of lading certificate of origins, etc.
• Able to understand and handle custom documentation and LMW custom repost
• Liaise and follow-up internally between Production Departmet and forwarders ? Shipping Lines for shipment and container delivery status.
• Ensure all commercial documents are kept in proper order
• Issue Delivery Order and Invoice
• Liaise with Forwarder for quotation
• Ensure customer delivery requirement and product specification are clearly communicated to all related parties.
• Other related logistic issues and matter
Requirements :: • STPM/Diploma or degree in related field
• Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in related field.
• A good knowledge and understanding of purchasing and inventory function.
• Familiar and have a strong knowledge in shipping and custom clearance / procedure.
• Computer literate, good data analysis and problem solving skills and logically minded.
• Good communication, interpersonal and writing skills, good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
Lowest Qualification :: STPM / A Level / College Foundation
