- 1. To practice “Strategic Key Account Management” Approach in managing the customers.
2. Negotiation of national contracts based on commercial policy and the client objectives.
3. Monitors agreements roll-out and investments.
4. Maintains relationships with customers’ key decision makers.
5. Manages the account’s P&L.
6. Develops relationship with the buyer.
7. Coordinates execution of agreements and promotions with the sales force.
8. Builds the business plans for each assigned customer.
9. Draw out monthly promotion plan, review customer monthly/ yearly cumulative sales performance, the market and the category performance, promotion design, measurement tool and the promotion effectiveness evaluation.
10. In depth understanding of the key account retails sales strategy and operation mechanism, formulate key account strategy, goal and budget constraint, determine the business cooperation foundation & opportunity.
- Requirements :
- 1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
2. At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in planning in FMCG Industry. Expereince in handling Tesco & Aeon accounts.
3. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
5. A good team player.
6. Proficient in Ms Office - Excel & Powerpoint.
