Description :: 1. Formulates marketing plans and advertising strategies in line with company business and brand objectives.
2. Able to conceptualize, develop and execute creative and strategic plans for advertising and promotional material to attract attention and intention of customer to purchase.
3. Plan and prepare effective strategies for marketing activities and events that can strengthen the image of the Company.
4. Monitor and analysis sales promotion results to determine cost effectiveness of promotion campaigns.
5. Plan, manage and execute all marketing initiatives, promotion and budget.
6. Responsible for marketing effectiveness by developing long term and short term marketing plans.
7. Planning, developing and executing annual marketing plan and activities.
8. Provide strategic direction and ensure effective execution of all marketing activities, including trade shows, exhibition, public relation, marketing communication and digital marketing.
9. Monitoring market developments relevant to the Healthcare industry.
10. Prepares and submits all marketing reports and plans required by the Principal.
11. To monitor and gather competitors activities and recommend initiatives to counter competitor marketing and branding activities.
12. Work closely with product managers to roll out marketing program.
13. Assist on other ad-hoc tasks or activities required by the Management.
14. Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the leader.
