- 1. Manage smooth commissioning of the project by present on site to ensure mechanical connection and electrical communication between spreader and crane.
2. Plan and execute pre-commissioning inspection with production prior product deliver schedule in accordance with project guidelines/customer requests.
3. Plan and coordinate commissioning schedule with end user and report to Commissioning Manager.
4. Prepare commissioning reports of site activities, observations, complaints, product defects, testing processes and etc.
5. Assist with identification and readdress of commissioning and malfunction issues.
6. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending after sales issues including trouble-shooting, technical support and warranty matters
- Requirements :
- 1. Min Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent of 5 year experience in electrical hydraulic control industries.
2. Minimum 2 year experience in port equipment servicing and maintenance
3. Experience in developing and implementing detailed commissioning execution plans and schedule.
4. Basic knowledge of spreader basic functions, operations and maintenance.
5. Willingness and ability to travel on a short notice both internationally and domestically and to accept short and long term assignments.
6. Experience in project risk review and follow-up for mitigation planning and execution
7. Good leadership, planning, organizing and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work well independently and in a team
9.Must possess the PLC and hydraulic knowledge.
