Description :: 1. Oversee 1 Business Development Manager and about 10 Salesmen and Merchandisers in Malaysia.
2. Formulate and implement sales objectives of salesmen and outlets in Malaysia.
3. Expand the company's current client base to develop new market mainly for the sale of socks and hoseiry products that are being distributed by the company.
4. As a team leader and mentor to lead sales team to meet deadlines and achieving sales targets, Exhibiting encouranging high levels of commitment and motivation.
5. Secure new customers by presenting online marketing solution. Telemarketing, sms, email- follow up on leads.
6. Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff.
7. Planning and managing budgets.
8. Dealing with customers queries and complaints.
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,
Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Economics, Business
2. Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
3. Required skill(s): People Management, Sales Activities, Independent, Self Motivated,Problem Solving.
4. Responsible and able to work as a team.
5. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
