Description :: 1. To arrange for periodic visit to customer factory & to ensure new sales are generated consistent with our sales budget.
2. To follow up with all overdue invoices and to do collection for the export department.
3. To prepare monthly report for the export division & the report should include all aspect of overeas market information, competitors movement, pricing, strategy to counter competitors market.
4. To coordinate with production on each customer order or prospect requirements.
5. To submit report timely & to do sales presentation to prospective overseas customer.
6. To organize exhibition overseas and to attend the exhibition overseas for the export department.
7. To prepare all the exhibition & promotion materials before and after exhibition for the overseas department.
8. To also do marketing communication work for export division.
Requirements :: 1. Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field
2. Minimum 5 yrs working experience in Sales & Marketing.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skill.
4. PC literate and able to work independently.
5. Possess own mode of transport.
6. Required language (s) : English & Bahasa Malaysia
