- Channel Sales Administration Sales, Marketing & Program Administration
1. To be responsible to handle Channel Sales Opportunity Registration and support Partner Certification Renewal process
2. Facilitate support in reports compilation and circulation for channel sales, inventory and program
3. To be responsible for distributor order compliance, stock rotation & other sales administrative support
4. Responsible for submission and tracking of market development fund & special priceapplication
Enterprise Sales Administration
1. Performing sales office management activities to ensure seemless process gate turnaround from customer order placement to order registration in system
2. Facilitating supports and assistance to front office management in project tendering and submission activities timely
3. Collaborate and work closely with cross-functions eg. SCM, Project Management Office and Services to ensure timely delivery of customer projects
4. Provides update to sales office management on project progress as and when required
5. Support in liaison with customer on Account Receivable status
Other Sales Administrative support (for both divisions)
1. Support channel training scheduling, co-ordination & inquiry
2. Assist to raise Purchase Requisition for relevant marketing events below threshold
3. Co-ordinate demo unit and marketing material logistcs
4. Liaise with supplier / marketing agency for quotation & program execution
- Requirements :
- 1. Tertiary qualifications with minimum diploma or equivalent in Sales & Marketing/ Business
2. Minimum 3 ~ 5 years of working experience as an administrator or ISR in IT industry
3. Independent who works under minimum supervision, self-motivated with positive and pleasant attitude, pro-active and responsible
4. Ability to handle multi-task & work under pressure in a highly fast-paced environment
5. Well-versed in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint are preferred
6. Ability to collabrate with cross-functions
7. Good understanding of sales activities and project coordination are an added advantage
8. Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrates effective time management skills
