Description :: 1. Overall project planning and execution
2. Responsible for the progress of project, quality & site safety
3. Managing project consultants for all design & technical matters
4. Liason with relevant authorities for approvals and to ensure smooth implementation of projects
5. Executing and managing Main Contract, Sub-Contracts & NSC
6. Lead a site team to conduct and monitor contractor's progress and compliance including coordination between consultants, main contractor and sub-cobntractors
Requirements :: 1. Degree in Architecture/CivilStructural/Engineering /Construction Management or equivalent
2. At least 5 years of working experience preferably in propertydevelopment
3. Experience in getting Authority Approvals for Planning & Construction
4. Knowledge of Project Planning
5. Self motivated, self-disciplined, resourceful and result orientated
6. Able to work independently under tight schedule and pressure
7. Willing to travel out-station and to be relocated
8. Required Skills: AutoCad, Miscrosoft Project, Word and Excel
9. Flexibility and ability to work on a range of different projects
10. A good grasp of technical knowledge
