Description :: 1. To prepare purchase order to local & oversea supplier.
2. To assist in planning & handling local & oversea purchase ordering correspondence.
3. Coordinate with forwarder for the import relevant documents.
4. To ensure the shipment delivery is on track and according to planned schedule.
5. To analyze stock movement and place order according to the sales though rate.
6. To generate the monthly purchase and shipment report to Director.
Requirements :: 1. Candidates must possess at least Higher Secondary /STPM/ “A” Level / Pre-U or Professional Certificate in Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
2. Proficient in both written and oral in Mandarin.
3. Must be able to communicate in Mandarin to handle suppliers from China.
4. Experienced dealing with China factory will be added advantaged.
5. Good negotiation skill is very important.
6. At Least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
7. Must be able to handle work pressure and high volume of workload.
8. 5 working day.
