- Responsibilities:
To analyse market trend and seek for potential location to organize event.
To liaise and coordinate with tenants, PR, shopping mall representative and all parties concerned regarding rental for booth, budget, floor plan,facilities and etc.
Responsible to monitor and manage the storage for event’s material and equipment.
To share out or forward daily schedule to all the Head of Departments.
Report the potential location or site for event to Manager.
Responsible to key in database and perform filing for all daily sales.
To prepare and maintain daily sales records.
To support Manager with day-to-day event coordination including the planning, organizing and controlling of all aspects of events activities.
- Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
Willing to work outstation and possess driving license.
Possess good communication and presentation skills.
Good command of spoken and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Experience in organizing event, seminar, and road shows will be an added advantage.
