- - Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts to achieve overall annual sales targets for the department.
- Manage and maintain relationship of existing customers and develop new accounts.
- Attend to inquires, provide technical and logistic support to customer.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and manage payment collection.
- Stimulate and prepare costing of each products handling to ensure achievement of Gross Profit.
- Monitor and manage customers’ inventories and to prepare regular forecasts to reduce slow moving/dead stock and to minimize the warehouse rental cost and prevent occurrence of over stock.
- In addition to responsibilities such as meeting sales targets, building good rapport with customers and securing new business opportunities, you will be expected to implement strategies based on customer needs, market intelligence and company’s objectives.
- To give guidance and coaching to newly recruited sales executive. - Requirements :
- - Age below 30 years.
- Degree in Chemistry, Electronics/Electrical field.
- At least more than 3 years’ sales working experience in related field.
- Ability to speak and write in Japanese Language.
- Proactive, self-starter and result oriented.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- A good team player.
- Posses own transport.
- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin.
