- - Coordinate the shipping of goods and manage sales associates on the floor.
- Meet financial objectives by analyzing variances and initiate corrective actions.
- Work on store displays, coach, counsel, train and discipline associates.
- Evaluate on-the-job performance and ensure merchandise is clean and ready to be displayed.
- Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock.
- Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company's standards.
- Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
- Help retail sales staff achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by any manager(s) - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Sepang.
- Preferably have experience in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
