Description :: -Responsible to liase with accounts department to ensure stock availability before arranging shipment and also liase with credit control department to perform the credit check before arranging the shipment
-Handle enquiries, complaint and request from the customers
-Arrange transportation for local ( Penisular Malaysia) delivery and liase with logistic department to arrange the shipment
-Monitor the warranty period of machine purchased- to issue warranty expiry notification letter once the warranty period expired
-Perform sales administrative task such as quotation, binding proposal, fax receiving and distribution
-Compile and prepare relevant documents for the meeting if required
-Keep and update superior on travel itinerary, schedules of meetings and appointments
-Assisting superior with the sales administration work such as typing letters, memorandums, summaries and reports for the superior
-Assist superior in preparation and submission of monthly expenses claim and follow up on reimbursement
-Help to prepare monthly sales meeting slide and taking minutes during sales meeting
-Perform any other ad-hoc assignment as and when given by the management
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level or STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in any field
-At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
-Good communication, interpersonal skills and able to take instructions from others well
-Good command of spoken, written and comprehension of English and Chinese
