Description :: -To undertake daily management activities of a team of agents outbound sales
-Supervise, train, coach & motivate the team to achieve individual & team sales target
-To constantly monitor & manage performance of the individuals & team
-To initiate changes to manage adherence to work schedule, standard operation procedure
-To contribute overall quality i.e., coaching, transaction monitoring, process improvements, etc
-To prepare month end & ad hoc reports as & when required
-Most importantly to manage client’s expectations & ensure daily deliverables are met
Requirements :: -To have minimum of at least 5 years experience in Telemarketing industry selling insurance products
-To have minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Team leader in telemarketing industry
-Ability to lead and manage a team of minimum of 15 staffs on average
-Good interpersonal skills & Good communication skills in English & B.M
-Required language(s): English, Mandarin & Cantonese
-Required skill(s): Advanced excel skill, Advanced power point skill.
