Description :
-Coordinate with designers and printers and arrange for quotations and effective distribution of marketing materials.
-Assisting in executing the Brand’s monthly, quarterly or yearly marketing and promotion events.
-Liaise with advertising agencies or staff to arrange promotional campaigns in all types of media for products, organizations, or individuals
-Coordinate and arrange for production of the marketing materials, including leaflets, flyers, buntings and posters.
-Assist in coordinating events such as opening of new outlets, launching of new products, or other activities to gain public attention through various media
-Assist in marketing plans and activities implementation
-Raise promotion details of each campaign to communicate with operations
-Coordinate with MIS Department to setup the promotions’ keys in POS system
-Monitor, report and assist guest complaint or feedback that might affect the Brand’s  
Requirements :
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing, Business, Public Relations or Communications.
-Must have 1 – 2 years’ of working experiences, preferably in an F&B or retail related industry.
-Possess good written and spoken English
-Detail-oriented, mature, with excellent analytical & quantitative skills
-Team player with good interpersonal & presentation skills
-Possess enthusiasm in learning and keen to get feedback for improvement.
-Possess own transport and willing to work on 5.5 days work week.
