Description :: • Assist to support the planning and execution of all traditional advertising and promotion activities in the Advertising & Promotions Department.
• Co-ordinate and work closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager and in-house design team to implement advertising and promotion projects.
• Assist to liaise and coordinate with malls, departmental stores management and joint promotion partners on advertising and promotion activities.
• Liaise with suppliers.
• Communicate advertising and promotion activities to customers and media.
• Assist in media booking.
• Handle and coordinate all incoming media enquirers.
• Filing and update competitors' activities report.
Requirements :: • Degree in Advertising / Mass Communication / Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Advertising & Promotion / Media Management / relevant agency or industry in retail / telco / FMCG / mall management preferred.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin and conversant in other Chinese dialects is an added advantage.
• Able to work with minimum supervision and in a fast moving and dynamic environment
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
