- • Responsible for the advertising and promotion activities of the retail chain.
• Strategic, conceptualize, develop and execute integrated advertising and promotion plans, encompassing above the line and below the line.
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of promotions at all stores.
• Work closely with the management, retail managers and design team.
• Monitor the market trends to ensure effective execution of advertising and promotion plans.
• create enticing propositions to add value to shoppers experience and this includes identifying and negotiating with third parties for joint collaborations.
• Manage all above and below the line communications including those in stores.
• Liaise with the media owners on booking of advertisements and press releases. - Requirements :
- • Degree in Advertising / Mass Communication / Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Advertising & Promotion or Marketing Communications / relevant agency or industry in retail /telco / FMCG / mall management preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as writing and editing skills in English.
• Exposure to CRM & New Media would be an added advantage.
• Creative, receptive to ideas, committed, analytical, meticulous and strong ability to multi-task.
• Pleasant personality, persuasive, good influencing skills and able to interact with people i.e. Operations, Merchandising, Suppliers.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and conversant in other Chinese dialects is an added advantage.
