- 1. Continuously motivate and inspire the team members to perform to the best of their abilities and assist them in achieving their sales target and personal Key Performance Indicator (KPI) by closely monitor their daily activities and performance, as well as provide guidance and trainings on Company’s products and selling skills.
2. Other job-related activities as and when deemed necessary.
- Requirements :
- 1. Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Studies, Administration, Management, Life Science, Medical Science or its equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in supervising a sales team.
3. Strong interest in the cord blood banking and stem cell industry.
4. Proven track records in sales.
5. Responsible, committed, self-motivated and result oriented individual who takes pride in his/her work.
6. Positive attitude, versatile and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
7. Service oriented, flexible and proactive towards clients' needs.
8. Strong determination to reach challenging goals and creating business opportunities.
9. Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
10. Possess valid driving license with own transport.
