Description :: 1. Able to support marketing campaign, promotional and advertising activities
2. Able to develop, palm and implement to develop marketing collaterals and materials
3. Able to plan, prepare, manage and execute marketing and promotional activities within budget and in line with management objectives.
4. Ensure that corporate image standards is maintained and consistent throughout all media platform
5. Able to contribute in planning, organising and coordinate internal and external events
6. Creative, think out of the box and able to contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and activities online and off-line
7. Able to source and build positive working relationship with media, vendors and suppliers
8. Assist in property sales launches, marketing and administrative duties as and when are required.
9. Able to coordinate logistics arrangements for events, media interview and other marketing activities
10. Able draft letters, memo, press releases and other media collaterals such as speeches when required
11. Able assist to plan, coordinate, manage and implement, social media, website content internet and mobile technologies
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing, Mass Communications, Economics or equivalent
2. Preferable junior executive with 1-2 years working experience in property and marketing and communications or equivalent
3. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
4. Good time management skills, organization skills and excellent attention to details
5. Team player, self-driven to run the extra mile, able to work under minimum supervision with a positive attitude and able to multi-task
6. Willing to work on occasional weekends and extra work hours when necessary
7. Proficiency in Ms Office, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator is an added advantage
