Description :: 1. Handle Coach Operation comprising of sales and logistic team.
2. Top and bottom line P&L Responsibilities.
3. Responsible for overseeing all business aspects of Coach Operation with emphasis on sales achievement and growing the division.
4. Initiating and facilitating the implementation of operational policies & procedures.
5. Leading staff members to achieve the organisation's objective.
6. Creating and managing effective client relationships.
7. Develope business relationships and negotiate with supplier to promote existing or new products.
8. Provide support, coaching and training to the team member.
9. Prepare weekly and monthly sales and activities report for submission to Management.
10. To perform an yother related duties assigned by the management from time to time
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
2. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Applicants must be willing to work in Segambut Pusat.
4. Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
