Description :: 1) Order planning
2) Order fulfillment monitoring

5) FG code allocation and BOM creation
6) Customer account opening / credit application / credit extension
7) Price control in system
8) Payment follow up
9) Credit note verification and processing
10) Margin update for market – quarterly
11) Coordination of product registration, legalization and other process
12) Coordination of budget exercise – yearly
13) Product management of OEM items
14) Any other tasks as assigned by superior.
Requirements :: 1. Min Degree in Business Administration/Commerce or equivalent
2. Min 5 years of experience in International Sales Coordination-related function within FMCG environment
3. Able to handle multiple responsibilities independently as assigned and deliver within set deadline
4. Must be initiative, flexible and have strong organizing and problem solving skills
5. A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications i.e Ms Word, Ms Power Point and Ms Excel
7. Willing to work in Klang (near Kapar)
