Description :: 1. Assist the field organization as the “go to” person to exceed sales quota via Pre and Post-sales Technical Support such as: - Demonstration, Product Application, Presentation, Product Training, Testing and Commissioning of test and measurement equipment;
2. Participate actively in sales process from deal qualification to benchmarking to deal closure;
3. Owns the deal technical closure;
4. Be an expert in customer application and competition to identify key technical value differentiates to win deals;
5. Analyse customer requirements, recommend and find the right solution for the customer;
6. Be the customer’s “rock”. Handle customer enquiries and solving customers’ technical problems with excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction;
7. To build up good relationship with customers to enhance customers’ retention;
8. To carry out other duties or responsibilities assigned from time to time;
9. Take initiative to continuously improve support services provided to customers
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
2. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in technical support activities which involve training, conducting presentation to clients and project management. Those above 4 years similar working experience will have the opportunity to be considered for a more senior position.
3. You consider yourself a strong technical engineer first and foremost.
4. Working experience in the related Semiconductor/Electronics Manufacturing industry & background in RF/uW test would be an added advantage.
5. In-depth knowledge of using test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, RF Sources , Spectrum analysers, RF Power Meters and Noise Figure analysers and RF/uW network analysers would be an added advantage.
6. Instrument programming knowledge in SCPI or instrument drivers on .NET, C#, C++ or Keysight/Agilent Vee would be an added advantage.
7. Good command of English, Malay & Chinese.
8. Good communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated and love to help customers to solve technical problems.
9. Possess own transport and willing to travel locally and abroad occasionally
