3. Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions
4. Manages all social media platforms
5. Maintain excellent organizational skills through time management, setting priorities, and accurate paperwork
6. Provide assistance on special projects for the office as required
7. Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
8. Updates managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
2. Required skill(s):
Data Entry Skills, Reporting Skills, Understanding the Customer, Customer Focus, Self-Development, Attention to Detail, Microsoft Office Skills, Communication Skills
3. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
4. Excellent in written and oral communication skills in English & Mandarin. Good in Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage
5. Able to work independently or as part of a team
6. Basic salary (RM 1,500 ~ RM 2,000) + attractive commission + bonus + company trips
