Description :: 1. Selling ICT range of products, solutions, professional services and maintenance.
2. Responsible for the marketing of products and services.
3. To achieve & exceed sales quota targets
4. Develops customer needs & new customers in the commercial, industrial & end-user.
5. To identify and pursue new business opportunities from existing and new customers
6. Aggressively review account activities in pursuit of new business or upselling opportunities
7. Prepare and handle quotation request, goods delivery, payment collection and ad-hoc duties whenever required.
8. Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
9. Cold call prospective customers
10. Conduct follow-up with customers and manage the entire sales cycle.
11. Account responsibility with quota
Requirements :: 1. Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma qualification
2. Minimum 1-3 years experienced
3. Experience in Telesales/Customer Service/Inside Sales related selling will be an added advantage
4. Possess good telephone etiquette
5. Possess patience and confidence when dealing with clients over the telephone
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
7. Results-oriented & customer focused.
8. Mature, self-motivated, proactive, aggressive and independent.
9. Preferably have the ability to speak and write in Chinese, English & Bahasa Malaysia
10. Committed, results-oriented and able to work under pressure
11. Enthusiasm, willingness, hard work & persistency are good attributes for the job
