Description :: 1. To provide service, consultation, answering product and other beauty related enquiries from distributors and customers in regional office
2. To control and manage the achievement of sales targets in regional office with action plan to meet the company sales objective
3. To plan and develop training materials and programs in line with product guidelines and effectively lead the learning efforts in the markets
4. To conduct the beauty training, product knowledge training, workshop to distributors, public and company staff in regional office
5. Responsible to conduct continual assessment on skills and technical knowledge by mean of practical and written tests on regular basis
6. To ensure competency of product knowledge & product awareness of internal and external customers in regional office
7. Train the internal & external customers in area of product knowledge, service and selling techniques in regional office
8. To prepare articles for FAQ, product knowledge , product write up to be featured in PHHP bulletin
9. To collaborating with distributor to ensure the activity is smoothly carried out in regional office
10. To carry out other related responsibilities as being instructed by immediate superior
11. To carry out Sales Movement Analysis for Beauty Care products
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field or beauty related qualification
-At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the beauty service / marketing area
-Vast knowledge in beauty application and skincare product usage
-Preferably possess experience of beauty related industries
-Willing to travel and outstation
-Microsoft office (word, Excel, Power Point)
-Required language: Chinese, English, Malay
