Description :: 1. Responsible for the management of Distributor Development Department which involving formulating, planning, organizing and monitoring all activities within the department to achieve company business objectives
2. To work closely with Division Head to formulate Marketing Mix (Market Intelligence Study, Program and Activities) and develop effective marketing plans and or strategies to recruit, retain and develop PHHP key distributors and ultimately increase company sales target
3. To closely monitor the productivity, performance and engagement of key leaders and distributors
4. To support key leaders in case management and distributor affairs
5. To work closely with Product Marketing Department (PMD) and provide them up-todate market feedback in order for PMD to formulate effective Marketing Plans
6. To work closely with Customer Service Management Division (CSMD) to solicit feedback on key leaders and distributors enquiry timely in order to achieve higher satisfaction
7. To work closely with relevant departments whenever deem is necessary
8. To supervise and monitor the daily work of distributor development department to ensure delivery of efficiency and effectiveness of work towards objectives set (KRA & KPI)
9. To promote and inculcate PHHP – People Happily Helping People philosophy and value within the department and to our distributors
10. Any other tasks assigned by immediate superior
Requirements :: 1. Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent
- 3 years and above of working experience in sales & marketing field
- Preferable Multi Level Marketing background
- Candidate must report to work in Puchong Office
- Candidate must willing to outstation up to the North Malaysia
- Good negotiation and communication skill
- Good interpersonal skill
- Responsible committed and good working attitude
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
