Description :: 1. Responsible for selling PBA Group product lines.
2. Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
3. Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
4. Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
5. Establishes technical credibility within the account and build trust with customer influences and decision makers.
6. Responds to customer inquiries and orders in a timely and professional manner.
7. Prepares cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents; consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional and technical personnel.
8. Submits orders by conferring with technical support staff; costing engineering changes.
9. Follow-up for collection of payment.
10. Coordinates shipping schedules and delivery for merchandise and services.
11. Represents Company in a professional manner at all times and ensures that the company’s interests are uppermost in all dealings and transactions.
12. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
13. Communicates new product and service opportunities, special developments, information or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staffs.
14. Maintains accurate reports and records including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals and customer sales activity.
15. To undertake special assignment and ad hoc duties as and when necessary.
Requirements :: 1. Preferably candidates with similar industry and experience.
2. Preferably mandarin speaking candidates.
3. Willing to travel/relocate.
4. Must posses at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Post graduate Diploma, Post degree in any field.
5. Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
6. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
