1. Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for existing and new projects
2. To ensure sales target being achieved
3. To ensure smooth launching of projects
4. Review and monitor the effectiveness of the sales campaign
5. Conduct market research, feasibility study and monitor development trends
6. Plan and implement marketing strategies and organise sales activities
7. Analyse and review marketing plans, strategies and propose new strategy
8. To achieve the yearly Business Plan target within the minimum time and optimum selling price through an effective sales & marketing system
9. Able to assist in preparing and developing the sales & marketing budget forecast and strategies.
10. Develop marketing and promotional tools to create awareness such as press advertisements, leaflets distribution and buntings display
11. To recommend Interior Decorator and Advertising agencies to develop the necessary marketing tools for the project
12. Participate in strategic and tactical planning and implementation of business plan, especially in managing the activities for achieving the company’s sales target
13. Develop and maintain good relationship with customers and constantly emphasis on customer service and seek feedback for improvement
14. Responsible in lead and manage a sales force and distribution network capable of marketing and selling properties
15. Responsible to check and follow up on the application of bumi released units, sales & loan reports and other related reports in the operation of sales department
16. To develop implementation plans or new approaches for potential opportunities
17. To keep track of the trends in property market and develop innovations and creativity ideas for the market
18. To liaise with suppliers, lawyers, bankers, agencies, etc
 
Requirements :
1. Candidate is required to have a Bachelor Degree/ Professional Degree, in Marketing / Real Estates Management/Business Studies or related discipline/equivalent.
2. At least 8 years working experience in property industry (Manager)
3. A proven track record of achievements in the real estate segment
4. Able to assist in preparing and developing the sales & marketing budget forecast and strategies.
5. A strong leader and a good team player with good leadership & management skills, innovative and proactive
6. Professional strategic marketing skills and capable to perform market research to facilitate the feasibility studies or projects
7. Detailed knowledge of technological developments and trends
8. Strong communication and motivational skills, coupled with good planning and administrative abilities
9. Committed, highly disciplined and motivated person
10. A natural leader with ability to motivate and orchestrate sales & marketing team towards achievement of objectives
11. Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the marketing plans
12. Candidates who are familiar with the Malaysia Region and have strong contacts will be highly regarded
13. Able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage
