Description :: 1. To ensure daily retail operations are running smoothly and to achieve Company sales objective.
2. To handle retail staff recruitment activities and to make sure manpower is sufficient at all times.
3. To ensure the retail outlet consistently maintain the highest standard of store image and the optimum levels of merchandise.
4. To participate in setting up existing/new outlets and promotion fair in malls.
5. To ensure customer complaints are handled according to the Company standard.
6. To prepare and analysis various management report when necessary
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Operations Management or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years of related working experience in Retail Management related to fashion/cosmetic/personal care industry.
3. Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese.
4. Good computer skills in Microsoft Office Application.
5. Strong leadership skills, result oriented and good communication skills
