Description :: - Handle customers' outstanding account and meeting collection target
- Call customers
- Collect payment with customers if needed
- Solve customers' payment issue
- Provide updates on collection reports and any issue to Team Leader
- Monitor collection for assigned portfolio
Requirements :: - Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Candidate must posses at least SPM qualification
- Experience in related job scope would be an added advantage
- Must be self-motivated and performance driven
- Good spoken and written English
- Able to converse fluently in Malay, Mandarin and other Chinese dialects
- Strong interpersonal, good communication and negotiation skills
- Computer literate is essential
- Related training will be provided
- Those who are able to commence work immediately will be given priority
