1. Answer incoming calls and handle caller's enquiries whenever possible
2. Receive, direct and relay telephone calls, messages and etc
3. Stand in for the Sales Coordinator on order processing in her absence
4. Act as a liaison between Customers, Sales Managers and other departments within the organization to help ensure customer satisfaction
5. Provide administrative services to Business Manager and General Manager
6. Prepare weekly/monthly sales related reports
7. Carry out any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
 
Requirements :
1. Minimum Diploma in any discipline
2. Prior experience in office administration is an advantage
3. Familiar with Microsoft office and Excel
4. Able to multi-task and handle detailed documentations and procedures
5. Strong administration skills - organised, thorough and attention to detail
6. Ability to work under limited supervision
7. Good telephone manner, enjoy dealing with people, polite but assertive
8. Good command of English with good communication skill
