Description :
1. Develop, plan and monitor expansion, conversion and partnership program
2. Working closely with operations team for both direct and indirect coverage to execute brand activation activities and create opportunity for structure business engagement programs across the food service space
3. Plan and ensure good ROI on RM 240k MAA budget
4. Work closely with operations team to ensure on time and in full execution and with marketing to ensure brand image and identity alignment
5. Strong knowledge of food service end user segments critically existing core users
6. Able to identify new users / new segments potentials and create programs and activations to drive penetration and presence in new segments
7. Knowledgeable and ability to work on the ground with targeted food service user segments to drive new penetration and conversions
 
Requirements :
1. Minimum qualification of Degree in Business Studies/Administration, Marketing or Commerce
2. Atleast 3 years of experience is required for the role
3. Knowledge in the Field Sales channel and segment network/ connections critically the local key chains / quality customers across Café and Restaurant channels
4. Posses selling and negotiation skills, selling methodology and sales operations, and F&B industry P&L (serving costs, margin requirements etc.)
