- 1. Achieve the individual monthly and yearly sales targets set for the assigned products such as Rubber, Latex, PVC and Fibreglass Reinforced Plastic & Coating.
2. Identify new account opportunity and institute sales actions to foster potential sales relationship that leads to sales orders.
3. Develop and foster an effective customer relationship with the customers for long term strategic partnership that goes beyond the sales orders such as helping the customers to meet their operation / product efficiency through educating product features.
4. Manage and monitor individual sales budgets, operational costs and other information on orders, payments, receipts for the account.
5. Participate and contribute in the development of the annual sales plan for the Division / Department.
6. Keep tap with the competitors's products and pricing information and feedback to the Sales Management for further analysis and recommendations.
7. Ensure payments are within the Company's credit targets by monitoring existing customer payment trends.
8. Any other sales tasks that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
- Requirements :
- 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
3. At least 3 to 5 year(s) of working experience in Industrial Chemical is required for this position.
4. Applicants must be willing to work in Penang and travel extensively within Penang and the neighboring states when necessary.
