- 1. Can handle customer enquiry and claims.
2. Collect market information, developing , executive and periodically reviewing sales and marketing activities for continuous growth as well as development of new business.
3. Managing and meeting customer satisfaction by providing good customer service and at competitive prices.
4. Establishing channels to increase sales revenue and to improve overall market share.
5. Keep track of production performance to make sure on-time delivery and quality products.
6. Maintaining and enhancing long term relationship with customers.
7. Responsible on planning, budgeting, objective setting and target sale.
8. Responsible for handling customer visit and all necessary arrangement.
9. Good communication skill and able to coordinate with staff in production.

12. Independent and prepared to travel widely overseas and work under minimum supervision
- Requirements :
- 1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
2. Required skill(s): MS Office.
3. Required language(s): Chinese, English
4. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, possess import and export experiences.
5. Applicants must be willing to work in Tuanku Jaafar Industry Estate.
6. Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
