- 1. Responsible for the sourcing functions of baking supplies (Food / Non-Food).
2. Ensure replenishment of orders are executed promptly and retail branches has optimum stock inventory.
3. Identify new opportunities, i.e. new product, product development, etc.
4. Negotiation of promotional terms and marketing funds with suppliers to generate buying income.
5. Manage & establish good relationship with existing and new suppliers.
6. Ensure mix of product categories creates a competitive edge for the company which leads to incremental income and better margins.
7. Responsible for system integrity of the products.
8. Conduct regular market and competition review including products, price and promotion survey and devise action-plan accordingly.
9. Weekly and monthly sales review on the brands / product categories and take necessary actions where appropriate.
10. Liaise with other related department such as Brands & Marketing and Factory for stock commitment & promotion planning.
11. Perform any other related duties as assigned.
- Requirements :
- 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any related field.
2. Applicants with Baking and Culinary background knowledge would have an advantage.
3. Able to work and communicate effectively with others as part of a team.
4. Possess good negotiation & communications skills (both oral and written in English).
5. Have good analytical skills.
6. Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia.
7. 2 Full-Time position(s) available.
8. Prefer candidates who can start work immediately.
