- •Assist Sales & Marketing Manager in formulating and implementing marketing strategies and to achieve sales targets
•Prepare sales and marketing materials for sales promotions
•Responsible for the marketing and sales of high end residential property
•Coordinate and organise sales launches,road shows and promotional events
•Handle all sales documentations inclusive of Sales & Purchase Agreement, Loan Agreement, Billings and other relevant documents
- Requirements :
- •Minimum 5 years working experience in sales & marketing of high end properties with a large developer is a major plus point
•Degree in Marketing or equivalent
•Results oriented and able to work with other sales team
•Good people management skills, self-motivated, aggressive, with a positive working attitude
•Creative selling skills with strong sales closing technique preferred
•Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills, while an excellent command of English is highly desirable.
•Willing to work during weekends and public holidays
