- •Heading B2C Sales for GlobalNxt University
•Taking care of all Marketing and Lead Generation activities for the University including ATL, BTL and Digital activities
•Identifying New Business Initiatives – Identify New opportunities in B2C, B2B and B2I space for Malaysia
•Identification of new markets and partners for award and executive education programs offered by the University
•Targeted Below-the-line local activities for branding and lead generation – Education Fairs, Roadshows, Open House
•Media Planning and collateral design
•Lead Generation through the Digital Medium – SEM Campaign Management and lead generation through other Educational portals
•Managing a team of student enrollment; driving them to deliver on target, training them
•Forecast trends, provide input and make recommendations for business optimization and planning to the leadership team
•Key Metrics include Brand Health parameters/Metrics per plan, Enrolments/Application Sales/Cost of Acquisition.
- Requirements :
- •At least a Master degree - an MBA holder is preferred
•Minimum of 13+ year’s experience with extensive experience in Malaysian market
•In-depth experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining brand and marketing strategies
•You should possess strong skills in understanding consumer insight and behaviors like target audience identification, attitudes and values, psychographic influences in order to have impactful brand experiences and result in enrolments.
