Description :: •Set & achieve sales objective of the day.
•Service existing accounts regularly according to fix coverage plan & always looking for new accounts.
•Introduce & sell in more brands, more sizes & more variants.
•Ensure collection in time esp. for those prompt payment discount customer.
•Check inventory, effective shelf life for all product to ensure clean, good & quality product in selling area.
•Ensure shelves are well stocked & the storeroom has sufficient stock to last till the next visit.
•Ensure good product appearance on home shelf & OSD during promotion, POSM is being fully utilized & display on the selling area.
•Achieve own KPI & manage daily/monthly/yearly sales incentive programmed set by company.
•Meeting company objective Retail Performance Standard - Coverage, Distribution, Pricing, shelving & Merchandising.
•Regular feedback on competitor pricing & activities in his area, opportunities & seek advice from superior on further action.
•Damaged stocks are well controlled.
Requirements :: •Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
•Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
•At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
•Full-Time position(s) available and must possess own transport.
•Independent, aggressive, service-oriented and a team player. Dynamic individuals with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Lowest Qualification :: STPM / A Level / College Foundation
